It’s simple: a healthier home has healthier occupants. It’s something New Zealanders are slowly coming to grips with.
We spend more time indoors in our homes than anywhere else, yet the air inside our homes can be far from healthy. Many of our houses are excessively cold in winter, overheat in summer, and suffer from mould and damp.
Traditionally, homeowners have focused purely on the aesthetics of their living environments, without a thought to any health implications. This attitude is slowly changing as people become more and more aware of the role their homes play in their families’ health.
